Hunter Alder joined Nexus in September 2016 as a Development Associate. After graduating from The University of Colorado Leeds School of Business in 2012 with a Bachelor of Science Business Administration degree, Hunter worked as a broker for both Colliers International and Sperry Commercial Real Estate focusing on large industrial, retail, and office properties. Most recently, Hunter spent a year abroad in Australia working as a sales executive before moving back to Newport Beach, CA.

 Hunter works directly with Robert W. Eres, Vice President of Development assisting with permitting, asset management, leasing, and marketing efforts for all Nexus projects.
