Nexus built its foundation on over 34 years of consistently generating value, producing quality projects, utilizing product knowledge, and most importantly, implementing the highest standard of customer service. Since 1981, Nexus has demonstrated its ability to consistently perform through even the most challenging of market conditions, relying on its unique competitive advantages and always keeping its core business practice of customer service as a focal point for each project. 


Nexus’ in-house resources include the expertise and experience of Nexus Construction Services, Inc. (NCS), a licensed general contractor in the state of California. NCS has acted as the general contractor in most Nexus projects, but Nexus utilizes third-party general contractors (managed by NCS’ construction professionals) when economically advantageous. Regardless, Nexus’ talented construction team offers maximum design efficiency, a meticulous bidding process, and exceptional project and cost management. Nexus also maintains an in-house property management team and in-house legal team.


The diverse skill sets of Nexus’ team members enables Nexus to approach each project from multiple perspectives, as an owner, operator, builder, and developer. Nexus has been successful developing and constructing all major types of real estate projects, including large, suburban office buildings, power-center/neighborhood retail centers, industrial/high tech buildings, full service and select service hotels, mini-storage facilities, high density multi-family residential (condominium and rental), hotels, senior living communities and other mixed-use projects.
